If you don't win the trip, your entries will automatically remain active for BONUS giveaways. There is no need to re-enter after each drawing. If the winner chooses not to accept the full all-inclusive giveaway package, they may instead receive a $2,500 MakerFlo Gift Card.

This is an all-or-nothing substitution. The winner may not accept only certain portions of the giveaway and receive a cash value, gift card, credit, or other compensation for the unused portions.

WINNER SELECTION

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
  • No purchase is required to enter or win.
  • A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Winner will be contacted using the information submitted with their entry.
  • Winner should be required to respond within a defined period, such as 48–72 hours.
  • If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, MakerFlo may select an alternate winner.

TRAVEL & FULFILLMENT

  • Travel must be used for the 2027 APA Personalization Expo in Las Vegas.
  • Airfare is for the winner and one guest.
  • Winner and guest should travel on the same itinerary unless MakerFlo approves otherwise.
  • Any expenses not specifically identified as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
  • The $500 prepaid Visa is intended to help cover meals, local transportation, and miscellaneous expenses.
  • Travel arrangements should be coordinated through MakerFlo or MakerFlo's designated travel provider rather than reimbursing unrestricted travel expenses.
  • Changes, upgrades, additional nights, baggage charges, premium seating, or other optional expenses should be the winner's responsibility unless specifically included.
  • Prize is non-transferable except at MakerFlo's discretion.
  • No cash substitution except where MakerFlo specifically elects to substitute a prize component.

TAXES

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize. If the total reportable value of the prize requires tax reporting, MakerFlo should collect the necessary winner information and issue any required tax documentation. The official rules should state that the winner may be required to complete eligibility, liability/publicity, and tax documentation before receiving the prize.

PUBLICITY

Subject to applicable law, the winner may be asked to allow MakerFlo and APA to use their:

  • Name
  • Business name
  • City/state
  • Photo or video
  • Winner announcement
  • Testimonials or comments regarding the experience

for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation. Any broader usage should be covered by the winner's release.

If the giveaway is promoted on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other social platforms, the official rules and/or applicable promotional materials should clarify that the giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. Important Giveaway Information

Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Winner Selection Winners will be selected at random and notified using the contact information provided during entry. Winners will be contacted by email 3 times before we select a new winner. Failure to respond will results in disqualification. If inaccurate or falsified information is submitted you will automatically be disqualified from the giveaway.

One Prize Per Person Participants may only win one prize during this promotion. If a participant wins a bonus giveaway, they will no longer be eligible to win additional prizes during this campaign.

Actual Retail Value Actual value may vary depending on airfare, departure city, travel dates, hotel rates, and other factors. No cash or other compensation will be provided for any difference between the stated ARV and actual value.

If the Winner Cannot Attend If the Grand Prize winner has already purchased travel arrangements or is otherwise unable to attend the conference before travel arrangements are booked by MakerFlo, the winner may elect to receive a $1,500 MakerFlo Gift Card in place of the travel package.

Hotel Accommodations One room will be provided for 4 nights for the show in February 2027.

Travel Booking Requirements The Grand Prize winner must respond promptly and provide all information necessary to complete travel arrangements. Failure to provide requested information within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

No Compensation After Booking Once flights, accommodations, conference tickets, or other travel-related arrangements have been purchased or reserved by MakerFlo on behalf of the winner, the prize is considered accepted and finalized. If the winner cancels, declines travel, misses travel dates, fails to attend, or is otherwise unable to participate after bookings have been completed, no cash, credit, reimbursement, gift card, substitute prize, or other compensation will be provided. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.

Accommodation Availability Travel arrangements must be completed within the deadlines provided by MakerFlo. If accommodations, flights, or event-related reservations become unavailable due to the winner's delay in providing required information or completing the booking process, the prize may be forfeited and no alternative compensation will be provided.
